STANDARD DELIVERY

You can have your orders delivered to a home or work address that's convenient for you.

We can deliver to BFPO (British Forces Post Office), but we are unable to deliver to Hospitals, Airports and Prisons.

You can enter delivery instructions when you're placing your order e.g. "leave with neighbour in flat 1". However MoldyFun.com are not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen if specific delivery instructions are left for the carrier.

AUSTRALIA STANDARD DELIVERY

Deliveries are usually within 15 working days of placing your order, although at busy times this may be longer. We will confirm the expected delivery date at the checkout before you place your order and this information will be included in your order confirmation email.

We are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays so please allow an extra working day for this.

Delivery will take place between 07:00 and 21:00 and in some cases a signature may be required. If nobody is available when your parcel is delivered and there isn't a safe place to leave the parcel, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD DELIVERY (OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA)

Delivery times and charges vary depending on the destination country and we will confirm the expected delivery date at the checkout when you place your order.

The number of working days for deliveries are approximately:

• EU 15 working days (shipped from China)
• US/Canada/Mexico 3-5 working days (shipped from USA)
• Rest of World 10-15 working days (shipped from China)

RETURNS

Moldyfun.com operates a "no quibbles" return policy. If you are not satisfied with your product for whatever reason we will offer a 30-days refund policy: customers can buy the product, try it and if they are unsatisfied, they can return it within 30 days. Moldyfun.com will offer either a refund or a replacement. ... Customers have up to 30 days to ask for a refund. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested by email to sales@moldyfun.com.
